Clear Pricing for Medical Care

RhodesMed keeps pricing straightforward. Patients pay for medical visits, labs when needed, medications when prescribed, and procedures when part of the treatment plan.

The average doctor gives you about seven minutes. We built RhodesMed because our own family deserved more than that, and so do you.

Before treatment moves forward, we tell you what is included, what is separate, and what comes next.

What You Pay For

What Your Visit Covers, What Is Separate

Your visit fee covers the medical work. Labs, medications, and procedures are billed on their own, so you always know what each part costs.

Included in every visit
  • Medical intake and full history review
  • Symptom, medication, and risk review
  • Lab recommendations when needed
  • A clear treatment plan and next steps
  • Prescription review when treatment is appropriate
  • Insurance receipts for reimbursement
Priced separately

Labs

We order labs for Weight Loss, Hormone Therapy, testosterone evaluation, metabolic health, medication safety, and follow up monitoring, and only when they move the plan forward. Through our contracted nationwide lab, your cash pay lab pricing stays well below retail.

Medications

Medication cost depends on the prescription, dose, pharmacy, insurance coverage, cash pay pricing, and availability. We prescribe after a full evaluation. Not every patient is a candidate for every medication.

Pharmacy

We route your prescription to the pharmacy that fits your plan: a local pharmacy, your insurance pharmacy, a cash pay pharmacy, or a compounding pharmacy when appropriate.

Compounded medications are not FDA approved. Medication is prescribed only when it is clinically appropriate for you.

Medication helps when it is done right.

Payment and Reimbursement

Cash Pay, HSA and FSA Eligible

RhodesMed is a cash pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service, and we give you the paperwork to seek reimbursement or use your HSA and FSA funds.

Cash pay, simple and upfront

Payment is due at the time of service, so there is no monthly balance building in the background and no plan to opt out of later.

Insurance receipts, ready to submit

After your visit, we provide the documentation you need to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Reimbursement depends on your insurance plan and is not guaranteed.

HSA and FSA eligible

Your visits, labs, and prescribed medications may be eligible for HSA or FSA use when they qualify as medical expenses.

Confirm eligibility with your HSA, FSA, or insurance administrator.

Pricing FAQ

Common Pricing Questions

Straight answers on visits, labs, medications, insurance, HSA and FSA, and Hair Restoration.

How much does RhodesMed cost

Visit pricing is simple. A new patient evaluation is $149 and a follow up visit is $89. The combined Weight Loss and Hormone evaluation is $179, with a combined follow up at $109. Extended follow ups for more involved care are $139. Labs and medications are billed separately.

Is RhodesMed a subscription

No. RhodesMed uses visit based pricing. You pay for the medical visits you need, and labs, medications, and procedures are billed separately when they are part of your plan. There is no required subscription and no monthly access fee.

Are labs included

Labs are billed separately, and we work to keep them affordable. RhodesMed has contracted with a nationwide lab for low cash pay pricing, so you are not stuck paying full retail. When labs are part of your ongoing care, we review them during your follow up visit at no extra charge.

Are medications included

No. Medication is billed separately, and the cost depends on the prescription, dose, pharmacy, insurance coverage, and availability.

Does RhodesMed provide documentation for insurance

Yes. After each visit we provide the documentation you need to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds

Your visits, labs, and prescribed medications may be eligible for HSA or FSA use when they qualify as medical expenses. Confirm eligibility with your HSA, FSA, or insurance administrator.

What is the Weight Loss and Hormone evaluation

It is a combined evaluation for patients whose symptoms cross weight, hormones, energy, sleep, metabolism, libido, and mood. It is often the best starting point when several things feel off at once and you want one plan instead of separate disconnected visits.

How much does GLP-1 treatment cost

The medical evaluation is $149, or $179 for the combined Weight Loss and Hormone evaluation. The GLP-1 medication, such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, is billed separately and priced by the prescription, dose, pharmacy, and coverage.

How much does Hormone Therapy cost

The evaluation is $149, or $179 for the combined Weight Loss and Hormone evaluation. Follow ups are $89, or $109 for combined care. Labs and hormone medications are billed separately, whether care involves perimenopause, menopause, or low testosterone symptoms.

How much does testosterone treatment cost

The evaluation is $149, or $179 combined with weight loss, and follow ups start at $89. Labs, testosterone medication, and monitoring are billed separately. We treat when it is clinically appropriate. Not every patient is a candidate for testosterone therapy.

How much does Hair Restoration cost

The consultation is $250 and is applied toward your treatment if you move forward. Procedure pricing is provided after your consultation because every plan is individualized. Results vary, and not every patient is a candidate.

Why is Hair Restoration priced differently

Hair Restoration is an in person procedure line in St. George, Utah, led by Dr. Rhodes, a board certified plastic surgeon. It is procedural care, not a telehealth visit, so it is evaluated and quoted on its own.
